Alternative Surf offers FREE SHIPPING on USA orders that subtotal $125 or more. This applies to all Continental US addresses. Alternative Surf reserves the right to secure the most cost effective method of shipping for these orders.

Upon Check-out, the customer will have shipping options to choose from based on the size and weight and distance the package must travel. All in stock items will ship that day if ordered before 11:00am. If one or all parts of an order are not in stock, the entire order will be held until complete. Customers will be notified via e-mail regarding approximate wait times for out of stock items.

California-

• All packages within California are sent via UPS Ground only.
• UPS Ground deliveries within California may only take one or two days.
• Air shipments or 2-Day Select are not available within California.

• Ground shipments via any carrier usually take approx. five (5) business days to deliver from ship date.

• All shipments are sent via air. Be very specific with your shipping address to insure delivery.

• All Military deliveries must be sent via the US Postal Service. Please be very specific with your shipping address to insure delivery. Alternative Surf cannot guarantee delivery times within Military boundaries.

• Alternative Surf proudly ships around the globe. Some countries have postal codes and guidelines that prohibit certain sizes of packaging. Know your local laws before ordering.
• Undeliverable-returned merchandise will not be re-sent.
• Choose an address in a populated area for delivery. For example, if your work is in town but your house is on a small road, please choose delivery to your work.
• Most shipments are based on weight. However, even though a pair of fins is heavier than a bodyboard, a board may be much more expensive to ship overseas due the dimensions of the oversized box.
• If shipping costs vary greatly from the shipping costs listed at check-out, the customer will be notified about any additional costs. Certain countries have additional fees that cannot be forseen by our shipping software.
